James Wallace & Brad Sheffeild Win Cassels Tournament in 16ft Aluminum boat
As the last 2 qualifiers of the year get under way on Cassels Lake, James Wallace and Brad Sheffeild slide thier 16ft aluminum boat
into the water and start tieing thier baites for the event. The other 27 teams all know the these 2 young anglers have lots
of confidence in thier fishing ability, and that they don't need a big bass boat to win. Most people think they cant fish
against those big bass boats, but the truth is, its not the boat that catches the fish, its the anglers confidence in what they
are useing and thier determination to win.
Sure its nice to be able to run 25 miles in 15 minuets or so , but sometimes you only have to go a 1/4 of mile to find your
fish, and thats exactly what the boys did on Saturday morning. The team knew there where lots of Bass on Cassels Lake and
all you had to do was start looking along shoreline and keep a eye out for schooling fish out in deeper water as they
chase baite fish to the surface. My partner and I burnt around $60 in gas and ended up with fish so small I dont think the
scales could even read them , while James and Brad spent $5 in gas and came back with 16.64lbs to take the 1st place spot
the cash and plaqces to go along with it.

Another team that has had a great year this year is the team of Pat & Eric Bazinet. This team has managed to wiggle thier
way into the top 3 almost every event, and for 2 brothers to be able to fish togeather all year without getting into a fight
is just too much, and yet here they are once again just pulverizing us 2 old fellas, not even thinking we could disqalify
them at any time. LOL. Once again the boys managed to catch 15.24lbs to take the 2cd place win and the right to ask me, (ARE
YOU FISHING THE SAME Lake?)

Now you are not going to meet a greater pair of anglers anywhere then these next two character,s. Jack Savile and Richard
Asineway have been fishing togeather for years now, and they just love to fish and have fun, which is what our Series is
all about, and if you wanted any information or needed help the boys would be the first to offer. So when to team gets into
the top 3 its always a pleasure to see,and with 14.14lbs Jack and Richard did just that,so I thought I would give them a
little more info .

We all help each other here at T.S.B. so here they where and I offered to help them get to the 1st place spot next time,
if they just did what I said they could catch fish just like my partner and me.

rounding out the top 7 are
Sean Strang & Chris Sheffield with 13.90lbs
John Henderson & Don Chartrand with 13.64lbs
Wayne barns & Michel Hamelin with 13.36lbs
Brad Gilson & Howard Gifford with 12.66lbs
Tomarrow of to Temagami Lake
